Summary Report of the Investigation into the LME Primary Aluminium Market
LME Notice 03/242:A241:W070 of 1 August 2003 announced that the Exchange had initiated a formal investigation, under Regulation 9.1.3 of part 2 of the LME’s Rules and Regulations, into the LME primary aluminium market.
The investigation, undertaken independently by the investigation division of the regulation and compliance department, has now been completed. A summary of the investigation report has been released.
