Abstract: An amendment has been made to Special Rule 1 regarding the quality of metal that may be delivered under the Copper – Grade A Contract. In addition to the contract standard BS EN 1978:1998 (cathode grade designation Cu-CATH-1), copper may be delivered providing it conforms to either the Chinese standard GB/T 467-2010 (highpurity Copper Cathode (Cu-CATH-1)) or the USA Standard ASTM B115-10 (cathode Grade 1).
