The London Metal Exchange (LME) and Singapore Exchange (SGX) have jointly developed a new series of tradable metal contracts, LME-SGX Metal Futures.
Virtually identical in specification to LMEminis, LME-SGX Metal Futures are designed to appeal to investors who want to trade globally recognised LME metal prices, but:
- Would rather trade during Asian hours, on SGX’s platforms
- And prefer smaller, cash-settled, non deliverable, monthly contracts

The new contracts will be traded and cleared on SGX’s platforms via their extensive network of brokers.
