LME Online Learning for Plastics is a web-based, interactive educational module. It is designed to help those new to the LME to understand the importance of LME plastics pricing and the principles and benefits of hedging and price risk management.
It includes practical, real-world examples on how hedging can help the plastics industry protect against volatile price movements and the damaging effects these movements have on margins and cash flow. The module is broken down into small, bite-sized sections which the user can access and view at their leisure, either as a complete module or as individual sections. Access to LME Online Learning is free, users simply have to register in advance in order to access the module.
