The LME Unofficial Price is the last bid and offer quoted during the fourth Ring.
 
How is it used?

The LME Unofficial Price is a good indicator of afternoon trading and is used as a reference price, especially in markets in different time zones.
 
Prompt dates

Cash, 3 and 15 months: LME Tin, LME Steel Billet, LME Cobalt and LME Molybdenum.

Cash, 3, 15, 27 months and one forward December prompt: LME Aluminium Alloy and LME NASAAC*.

Cash, 3, 15, 27 months and three forward December prompts: LME Aluminium, LME Copper, LME Lead, LME Nickel and LME Zinc*.

*15 and 27 month prompts for LME Aluminium, LME Aluminium Alloy, LME NASAAC, LME Copper, LME Lead, LME Nickel and LME Zinc will continue to be published until 20 April 2012.
