Our core values of integrity, diversity, excellence, collaboration and engagement reinforce everything we do at the LME, and help us develop as an organisation.
These values also underpin our Code of Conduct and are vital components to the LME, both inside and outside of the workplace, as they firmly embody our global and diverse market.
Our Code of Conduct sets out a common framework and a set of behavioural standards expected of LME Group staff members acting in their official LME capacity. The Code of Conduct also applies to all Member employees and visitors at the LME’s premises, and to all attendees at LME-organised or LME-branded events.
We hope that the Code of Conduct serves to further foster our core values and support an inclusive environment in which our sector best flourishes.
