LME contracts may only be offered or sold to United States foreign futures and options customers by firms registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), or firms who are permitted to solicit and accept money from foreign futures and options customers from trading on the LME pursuant to CFTC Rule 30.10.

Arbitration
In the case of unresolved disputes, arbitration is effected via the LME arbitration procedure, and/or by other body agreed by the parties.

LME Cobalt can be traded on LMEselect from 01.00 - 19.00 London time, 24 hours a day on the inter-office telephone market and during the below times on the Ring:

Ring trading time - First session (UK)
1st Ring 12:20 - 12:25
Kerb Trading* 13:25 - 13:35
Ring trading time - Second session (UK)
Kerb Trading** 16:15 - 17:00
* All metals can be traded during the 13:25 - 13:35 Kerb trading session.


** Whilst Kerb trading takes place from 16:15 - 17:00 LME Cobalt ceases trading at 16:40.
